Term and Termination:

This Agreement will continue until terminated by either UnclaimedFunds.org or you. The Agreement can be terminated by either party by notifying the other party by electronic mail of the decision to terminate.

We may discontinue the service or change the service, or its availability to you, at any time.

Fees & Payments:

Your subscription must be fully paid before you will be provided full access.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your User name and password, including any other applicable taxes and communications or access charges (i.e. cost of internet access, etc), at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. The current membership fee is available at http://www.unclaimedfunds.org. Note that Membership Fees do not renew automatically so you will need to renew your membership manually when your membership expires. If you would like to have your account cancelled prior to its expiration, please e-mail us to request a cancellation. Membership and Usage fees are not refundable for any reason. We may discontinue the service or change the service, or its availability to you, at any time.
